SLS is registered with FEMA as a Flood Zone Determination Company.

We use the most current methods to determine basic flood zones. We deliver assessments on FEMA’s Standard Flood Hazard Determination Form, with map exhibits.

Our normal return time for determinations is within 48 hours during the business week, excluding holidays. Our office hours are Monday-Friday, 7am to 5pm. However, users can click "RUSH" for an additional charge.
